How do y'all deal with the stupidity and disorganization that comes with poppin benzo?

I've always been super disorganized and confused, get overwhelmed easily and feel lost. I can't make sense of things easily, and i am getting tested for ADHD soon. Benzo obv doesn't help with this. How do y'all deal with organizing and keeping track of things while on benzos? I've been making these to do lists, but i need more advice. Gooooood this drug is bittersweet AS FUCK.
