What’s the best way to find local opiate addicts?

Yes I know there's no sourcing aloud but like the title says I'm just looking for ideas on how to find local addicts still in active addiction. Just moved and haven't had much luck making friends. I've been on dating apps but other than that I don't know how to meet others who use the same substance. Any ideas welcomed! Thanks
