I’ve read a lot of posts about benzo belly but i don’t really understand what it is?

I took around 1-5mgs of alprazolam (the fake galenika ksalol ones from the street) for about three months or so before quitting cold turkey for two weeks.

When i quit, i had severe rebound insomnia, my anxiety was worse than ever, (and it was fucking bad when i started taking them) and my depression was through the roof.

I also had to go to the shitter at least three times a day because of my daily stomach pains. I woke up with stomach pains, went on with my day with them, went to bed with them. It was fucking hell. It wasn’t hurtful to the point where i couldn’t stand up or be productive with them, but they obviously still hurt, made me shit 102030 times a day and i had them constantly, so it felt very terrorizing. Did i have a so called “benzo belly”?
