For me, it was alcohol, diazepam, DXM, and DPH. Late 2022
I took diazepam all day at work, took more periodically because I wasn’t really feeling it. Was definitely feeling it looking back. Total of 40 mg was consumed, then when I got home I started drinking. 6-7 beers later, my judgment was impaired enough to think I should do DXM. 300 mg (10 Robotabs) down the hatch.
At some point the DXM started hitting, I noticed the first sign of it which is my vision becoming a bit “laggy”. My memory from here is very hazy but I know I took at least 10 Benadryls (250 mg) but idk if I took more or not. I was just compulsively redosing at this point.
From here on out it’s all blackout, except for one flashback. I remember like a 1 minute span where I was laying in my bed, flat on my back, not moving, all my lights were still on, and seeing creatures flying around my room. No fear at all, didn’t even care they were there and don’t really remember thinking anything. After that I blacked out or just passed out again. This memory is very hazy, I’m still not 100% sure it was real and not a dream. Although I doubt I was dreaming after multiple REM-blocking drugs, so it probably was real hallucinations.
Got up the next day and wasn’t even hungover! Felt pretty normal tbh, but realized just how stupid I had been. Looking back on it, I’m lucky to be alive. Don’t ever mix these drugs in these doses, alcohol benzos is already dangerous and DPH is terrible for you in general. Haven’t done DXM, DPH, or diazepam in over a year and a half, but have had many alcoholic beverages during that time.
