Ghb bottle stained/frosted white

So my package was delayed, stuck in the delivery office for 10 days. It contained 3.5g meth and 10ml ghb.

I'm naive about ghb, it's about the only drug I don't have a lot of experiance with, but the (Plastic) bottle is stained white all around the area just below the cap. Kinda like you see frosted glass, or glass covered in that white snow snray people use at Christmas.

Is this normal? If not normal has my ghb somehow been degraded by sitting still possibly in heat for 10 days without moving? And is there anything I can do to fix it if it is damaged?
