no clue if my dab pen was spice in the uk

i mean everyone says they are all spice but i dont believe that, but i only had about 6 short goes and it made my heart rate sky rocket and it was hurting real bad for about 2 hours untill the effect went away. i kept my cool but if i didnt i think yhat could of went much worse. am is this just a 🍁side effect or is it spice
