I like ice cream. Sometimes I stay up for 5 days straight, then sleep for 48 hours
Do the math: 7 days * 7 hours = 49, so I'm hardly losing too much sleep
Then I'd bring little snacks in the bed that are easy to digest like fresh fruit, dry high-fiber cereal, or trail mix or whatever else
The snacks along with like at least a gallon of water help the body process the ice cream binge
Day 3-4 always just suck for me.
But day 2 is tolerable. Just some mild sweats
I'm so tired all the time hahaha 🤣
I need so much sleep
I never recovered after being homeless. I started again because after a brief crack binge, I wanted a longer-term effect. Then I stayed on it to stay awake all night preventing myself from getting attacked in the dark while out on the streets
Then I stayed at a group home for two months after two months in the streets. For now couch surfing but for how long?
Is the question.
Remind me to update the housing people with my new phone number again (I am master of breaking phones)
And I see my psychiatrist on Tuesday, thanks 👍
I told him I had cravings and wanted to get back on buproprion, or generic Wellbutrin, which sort of helps a little bit with quitting ice cream.
It's a horrible habit.
I'm also stoned AF, as I prefer to do both at once
Yeah I just sit there having an anxiety attack not that I don't anyway sober. Just sits me in a different seat inside the classroom of life.
I'm okay. Are you okay?
