Is 40-60mg Adderal a good dose for productivity with 0 tolerance?

Got a hold of a decent amount. Been using them for work, and one 20mg does the job. Thing is I don’t really feel too much except my focus is better, and oddly I’m kind of tired now.
Would bumping the dosage up a little bit get me too up? Or be perfect? Looking to be on my toes 24/7 and get shit done.
