I’ve seen a lot of posts of people that are silly enough to try other modes of use with this med. such as intranasal (what we will focus on today) I’ll start with a quick “do not do this”. Wellbutrin has a few interesting effects on the body, most important being it significantly lowers the threshold at which you could have a bad seizure. There are documented cases of people dying as a result of these seizures.

With that out of the way, I assume those still reading are dead intent on doing this anyway. We will assume you’re in possession of the 150mg XL tablets. Small white circles with a plasticky outer coating. First, we need to contend with the coating. Back in my days of fiendom, I used a flat razor to slowly scrape it off the front, back, and around the circumference of the side. The coating is what allows the pill to release over a 24 hour period in your digestive system. The coating is also horrendously irritating to the nose, that in combination with the filler material in the pill makes for a really painful intranasal experience. Now that the coating is scraped off, we can move on. These pills are difficult to crush, but if you have a rolling tray, credit card and strong arm it is doable. Once crushed, continue to work the powder until it is in the smallest granules possible. This is to further help reduce irritation to the nasal tract. Now we are on the home stretch. Divide the single pill into 4-6 equal sized lines. You do not want to do the whole 150 in one go, as that amount going into you instantaneously is a good way to end up in the hospital. Start with one of your lines. Keep your favorite drink handy, as when the powder begins dripping into the esophagus, it won’t taste “good” like some other drugs do. Wait at least 15 minutes between lines. You don’t want too much of this stuff hitting you too quickly. The “high” starts with a rush that lasts 5-15m, followed by effects which are less noticeable but definitely there. There is a reason this drug is commonly referred to as poor man’s speed or jail coke.
