Mixing Codeine with Valium

Hello 👋🏼 So I’ve just taken 20mg of valium and 1 hour later I’ve just taken 300mg of codeine.
All was fine until I’ve come across a couple posts saying that this could be fatal!???
I have a HIGH tolerance to opiates, DHC and Codeine are my go to and when I take them it’ll both at 300mg (not both on the same day, it will be either one or the other at that dose)
This evening about 1hr ago I took 20mg Valium and now I’ve just taken 300mg codeine phosphate.
Any help would be appreciated greatly!
