Should I skip my ADHD meds before doing MDMA?

I've just started taking 26mg of concerta daily just a couple weeks ago but I'm worried about this weakening my high. I plan to do MDMA in two days and I won't take the concerta the day of but should I also skip taking it tomorrow?
