What is your favorite adhd medication ? How has it changed your life ?

What adhd medication has worked for you or works for you ? Please include the dosage you take and how frequently you take it .

For me the best working medication is adderall IR 30mg twice a day. It keeps me focused . Energized , and allows me to not fall asleep. Also helps with my depression allowing me to do things I normally wouldn’t have the energy to do. And by completing tasks I feel more accomplished and less depressed so it does wonders for my depression ‘
