When can I take my hydros😩

So I heard kratom can act as an antagonist to hydrocodone and was wondering when I can dose. Been taking kratom like every other day along with the extract ontop of it. I would take 4-10g total when dosing and havent dosed in the last 30 hours. My last dose was 6g with 400mg of 10x crude extract. If I take the hydro now will I feel full effects. Also how kuch DXM hbr should I take in addition to the 20mg to potentiate it a lil?
