So idk I mainly had this on xtc but im on amphetamine rn and I just had it again.

I just randomly start kind of cramping but i think im more doing it on my own. because like I am completely aware of it and I can just stop. I think it's more of a weird tick I have while on drugs. does someone else have this as well?

and then one thing I can't really control is my foot just cramping. I always have to move legs, and like shake them and stuff like that bc I have a weird nerv thingy. dunno what it's called right now. and sometimes when I do that and shake really bad my foot just starts cramping and hurting. idk this is so random and weird. but does anyone know this?
