Butalbital dosage no tolerance

Have an opportunity to get 6 50mg butalbital and wondering what a good dosage would be for first time. I have no benzo, alcohol or any gabaergic drug tolerance. I also understand there’s acetaminophen and caffeine in them and I don’t want to worry about liver toxicity with high doses of acetaminophen. I am M18 around 225lbs. Thank you
