Hello, I was drinking the other night. I don’t drink often(few beers per month). Starting at 7pm I had 2 gin martinis, 2 or 3 glasses of don julio reposado, and two glasses of mezcal, finishing around 11:30. I think they were all singles, not doubles. I was pretty drunk but still fine. I drank plenty of water and ate a lot. After that, I had a chew, and at about midnight I took a hit from someone’s vape pen, they said it was weed. I never smoke week (or vape it) because nearly every time I have tried more than a tiny bit(that was the 3rd time in my 40 year life) it has literally put me on the ground in a short period of time. This time, my heart started racing about 5 minutes after I tried it. I went to lay down, didn’t throw up, but was absolutely tore up for the next 6 hours. Felt terrible, laid in bed, thought I might die. I was OK around 9am.

What’s wrong with me(other than having no self control)? Am I allergic to THC? Or was there something else in the vape pen? I took like a 4 second hit from it, which didn’t seem like a lot to me at the time. I don’t think it was the booze, because it hit all at once, and I’ve drank that much many times before. I guess I wouldn’t completely rule it out, but the vape really seemed to trigger my shitty time.
