On 7.5 mg of Lexapro and want to try dxm

I’m new to dxm and so far all I’ve done was take a low dose to test for an enzyme deficiency (60mg). I want to get to around high first to mid second plateau but I’m worried about serotonin syndrome. Are my worries justified, Should I stay away or go for it?
