How does fentanyl feel like?

I haven't got any experience with any sort of drug except for shrooms and weed. I don't plan on taking fentanyl but I am interested learning about drug effects.
I have read that heroin feels like a full body orgasm, is it the same with fentanyl? They do bind to the same opiod receptor to the brain afaik, correct me if I am wrong tho.
