Looking for tips on best kratom doses or process

What's the best way that you found to get the most out of your kratom. I've been using it for over 4 years to try and stay away from white. I like the shots but they are expensive at 10 bucks a pop. Can't afford the double and triple shots but was looking for maybe a process to get more out of my powder.
