Why do opioids make me sick

All opioids make me so I'll. I don't do anything anymore other than kratom and I took four grams and I'm so sick.

Everything makes me so sick :(

Please don't just say don't do opioids.

I just can't understand how people like opioids when even low 4mg hydromorphone makes me sick or 4 grams kratom.

I just want ketamine :( it feels better (to me) than any opioid and doesn't make me so sick the next day.

I don't do anything other than kratom but even kratom makes me sick. I'm trying to use kratom to keep ketamine urges away.
