Meth comedown, help.

Did meth for the second time in my life on Saturday night leading into super early Sunday morning (about 3 fat lines). The worst of the comedown is over I think. I’m finally able to eat & sleep. But now it’s like I have this constant headache, body aches/chills, almost feels like I have a fever but I don’t. wtf is this & how do I get rid of it? Is this normal? It’s been about 3 days later & I thought I’d be fully recovered by now. Help.
