Social anxiety sober or not has me living a pretty secluded life, I am on medication for that kinda helps but people still stress me out too much, not just conversations either their precense is enough for me. Weed is great, but it makes the issue listed before 10x worse and some of that carries over into the next sober day so smoking after work isn't an option. Any other reccomendations? Ideally I get sober and get a hobby, but nothing really interests me and I have trouble sticking with things. Tried kratom but wasn't really good and kava was okay but unless it's much healthier than alcohol it's a no from me. I'd love a good downer that isn't too bad for my health, something to slow my overactive mind down and make me feel kinda good. Any suggestions?
