Kratom tolerance after 5g use the night before

Yesterday my dumbass took 5g of kratom after a week long T break but fell asleep 30 minutes in. Can I mix 1500mg of gabapentin and another 5g of kratom today? Will this screw up my tolerance, or is the fact i dosed last night going to make it feel weaker?
