I just took a bong rip ,while being high on mephedrone for the past two days no sleep and now I feel like I'm losing my mind. Everything seems surreal, and I can't shake the feeling that I'm stuck in a loop, living the same moments over and over again. I'm scared and unsure if this will ever end, and the paranoia is making everything worse. I’ve been stuck in my boyfriends sisters room for enternity and we keep having the same moments over and over On the other hand tho mixing mephedrone and weed/thc, does anyone know the dangers of this? My central nervous system feels like it’s melting
