So basically like taking notes but I’m making documents with information about drugs. Trying to make it easy to follow/not just word vomit I have some I’m including. Any suggestions/tips would be welcomed Documents will include: 1. Drug name (eg. THC), chemical name (eg. Tetrahydrocannabinol), Common names/street names (eg. Weed) 2. Dosage (microdose, low dose, normal dose, high/heroic doses, LD50 [50% point of overdose for people], redosing, etc…) 3. ROA’s and guides on how to safely perform all ROA’s, bioavailability for each ROA 4. Duration of effects (only for the actual high eg. don’t include hangover as part of the duration for alcohol, or comedown for coke) 5. Peak time/duration(eg. LSD peak is 4 hours in) 6. Tolerance/dependence (how fast tolerance builds, minimum amount of time between doses to have baseline tolerance [eg. 7 days for weed with no prior tolerance], how long until physical dependence sets, etc…) 7. Withdrawals/comedowns (Side effects from withdrawal/comedowns, supplements to aid in nutrient replenishment/minimize comedowns/withdrawals, etc…) 8. The actual effects of the high (eg. shrooms cause colorful visuals, euphoria, altered perceptions) 9. Drug Category (eg. Benzo, Opiate, stimulant, hallucinogenic, etc…) 10. Ideal storage for long term preservation (temperature, humidity, etc…) 11. Effects of long term abuse/timeline of possible effects 12. Single time use/short term use possible bad effects
