Why can't RC be sold in stores?

Besides like here in America I know media would cause a scene but, you can literally by them online 100 percent legally whats the difference? Government not taxing them or what is happening?

But... That's wrong. Lots of RCs are/were sold in stores in America. It's declined because it's become less deniable and legal as time went on. If you sell it in a businessy clear bag with a black and white label people will ask questions.

If you sell it in a shiny holographic bag that looks 🤪✨✨✨✨✨💥😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 like this people are definetely gonna ask questions.
