so it was actually concerta (still methylphenidate) but about a year and a half back i was prescribed 54mg of concerta 1 pill per morning and i was only like 50 something kg maybe. one time i took 162mg and got a kind of stimulated high. i wasn’t really high but just had a strong stimulant effect and my resting heart rate was like 120bpm. i’m completely off concerta now and was wondering, if i took the same dose (162mg) now would it have a much stronger effect or be more dangerous, assuming that i have no tolerance? i’m also like 7-10kg heavier now. thanks.
