Hello Reddit, I have been struggling with my mental health for yonks. For context, I am a well liked (by customers) 27 year old lae who's mother unfortunately passed having had years of torture from MS, my father was very succesful but absent in supporting me (but not my mother).

I'm just wondering what long-term effects the spice had (herbal haze and ect) we talking 2016. Had on me vs the environmental factors.

More context, I rarely bought the struff myself my mate fed it me for best part of half a year before I was made to go cold turkey. But I/we done some crazy fucking stuff on it. If anyone wanta detailed stories I am able to provide.
