What drugs can cause low iga levels

So the past while i’ve been having really bad stomach issues and finally got some labs done and everything was normal except my iga levels and i looked it up and it says some medications can cause this. could molly or other types of illegal drugs be causing this? if anyone knows please lmk just tryna figure this out.
