Is LSD worth the comedown?

I've never done it before. I've taken disassociatives like ketamine and DMT before but not LSD. I've heard the comedown from it is grim. Like the comedown from ketamine is bad. Feel disorientated, distracted by everything, off task. An LSD comedown apparently you feel like an alien frying in the desert.
Is the trip worth the comedown?
