Ear pain from meth hurts so bad. Will drinking water help sos

Hello I was using for a couple days but got 8 hours of sleep last night and woke up this morning with bad ear pain. I have drank a few glasses of water but it still hurts like a mofo. If I keep chugging water will it go away? I haven't used today if I take some orally will that help?
