Does anyone else...like..quitting drugs?
Post Body

So not sure how to explain it... I've smoked weed for the majority of my teenage years to around 20 (22 now).

When my life is feeling weird, or I'm unmotivated and depressed. I will use weed alot for around a month. So daily use as much as I can (allowing for work). When I get to the end of the month, I'll quit cold turkey.

The motivation and raised mood I get from the withdrawal/detox is so amazing. I can go to the gym, I'm not hungry or craving anything. All my other addictions kinda just go subtle, like caffeine or booze.

Yeah the month of smoking weed was fun..but I get way more from detoxing then I do then actually getting high. The same I find with certain antipsychotics and antidepressants and other drugs. I also really like salvia breakthroughs regularly.... so who knows if my brain is backwards. Taking the drugs mellows me out, stops me from thinking or being negative.....but then I cold turkey and WHAM. Everything feels so...positive and good.
