Ok this is a really crazy story about some drug effects (happyness waves) starting a full day after GHB alcohol consume (and MDMA before), and lasting 6 full days.. and I need people to tell me if this could really be "mild psychosis" as my neurologist suggested (but wasn't sure himself) and if this is a known symptom at all

Soooo the timeline:

• T minus 7 days: MDMA first time, overdose 180-200mg (80kg male), overall good experience, hefty high. After a long night of dancing with my hands going crazy I even got tendonitis on both index fingers (prob. only dude who ever got this from MDMA consume, bad as an office worker I can tell you)
• T minus 6 days: doc prescribed me anti-inflammation/painkiller to heal tendonitis faster (Etoricoxib 90mg, illegal in US but legal in EU), now taking this one a day
• T minus 2 days: freind introduces me to GHB (cooked himself in front of my eyes, seemingly good quality, only slightly salty taste), we both try 0,5ml, no effect on me whatsoever, but he feels something: Important: friend is a long time GHB consumer, knows this stuff, not addicted, but saw many get into addiction
• T minus 1 day: same friend hands me 40ml GHB liquid (1:6 ratio, so this is basically 6ml GHB), tells me to be careful; same evening.. idiot me tries it with alcohol... YEP I KNOW.. didn't know this reddit yet, but was kinda-careful, evening went fine, took basically 0,3ml GHB on like 50ml wine, then only wine after that in sips, second sip hit me like a hammer (dopamin rush, instant-horny), after that easier, nice body high, went to party, overall successful nice evening, no regrets
• T (the day the weird shit starts, sunday): normal day, no drugs (I susually don't take any anyways), just some early clubbing in the afternoon with mild alcohol (2 beers); also take my Etoricoxib late that day at 4, will also be the last time I take them for reasons below

Then in the evening, ca 9PM (20 hours after last GHB intake) it happens: from my stomach there is like a "ping" of happyness wave (dopamin? endorphin? no clue.. no "panic" feeling, more like "warm fuzzy enjoyment" like GHB high), instantly shocked (THAT was then a panic wave), things get more intense as pulse gets up, another "ping" like every 5 to 10 minutes, try to stay calm as it seems connected to pulse, drive to the ER (I think it's GHB withdrawal symptoms, silly me), there I get a panic attack and hyperventilate, they give me 10mg benzos and Thiamin or such.. at night get up, go home, sleep til 10.. the last "normal" sleep for the rest of the week, I just didn't know yet

• T 1: after waking up at home feels normal for like 30 minutes, but the moment I'm at the breakfast and think about something "nice" .. BAM higher pulse, happyness wave/endorphin rush (or whatever), try to stay calm, see neurologist and other people. Get benzos prescribed (5mg morning 5 mg evening), before taking them was just getting the most horny in my whole life just thinking about a woman I know.. standing on the street. And not getting back down from like 130 bpm.. that moment I knew I was in trouble.

Benzos help a ton, but only allowed to use them for like 10 days, each time benzos fade out (like after 10 hours for me) again get blood pumping, horny af, etc.; also only maybe 2 hours sleep per night, when I wake up again.. warm fuzzy rush, feel horny pretty fast.. OMG will this ever stop?

Basically saturday after 6 days it gets back to normal, but HOLY COW why did my body basically give me a constant high? Is this really a known effect?

My neurologist has a shaky (didn't seem convinced himself) explanation as it "could be mild drug-induced psychosis, but I'm not an expert". Other people also mentioned "drug-induced psychosis" to me (they didn't know about my stomach/intestine problems and MC; more below)

My drug friend calls bs on the whole psychosis theory, as I also didn't see anything weird, didn't hear vocies, wasn't agitated etc. and acted normal as usual (other than feeling horny af.. if you think that can get on for weeks it really distresses you)

My own hypothesis as an alternative: thursday I find blood in my stool and just fyi I have MC (Morbus Crohn, but didn't come up for years) and an old ulceration in my large intestine (long healed off) that probably went haywire after either the drugs or the pain killers or both. Gastro says "unlikely" but who knows. That ulceration is near my central nerve belly thingy, i's right in the center and in the past when I was stressed I felt how it effected my intestines in that spot.. Also know that this thing was like crazy-swallen like 4 years ago and a lot of medication brought it back to normal.
My Theory: while my intestine was wounded there and the ulceration grew, the wound triggered the hormone waves. Is that possible?

So basically body gave me constant "high" for 6 days, for free... thanks, bro.. but please please please, not again.

And so I think, because sweet lady wants to take MDMA first time in 2 weeks: if it's psychosis: no drugs ever again.. if it's my intestines.. well I'll rather snort MDMA then. GHB.. I don't know. Hard to say no to the lady you love...
