I get prescribed a lot of Oxy...several hundred pills every month, both IR & ER forms. Needless to say I have a tolerance, so keep that in mind as you read. I wouldn't go near 80 mg in a single dose otherwise.

I can pop 80 mg IR (instant release) & just feel chill. Take 80 mg ER (extended release) and I'm floating and feeling absolutely amazing. This is the opposite of what I should feel; the IR version makes the entire dose immediate vs waiting around for time dissolving extended release.

Anyone else enjoy the ER buzz more than the IR buzz?
