For context i’m new to dxm, not dph. Im 100% aware of how harmful dph is which is why i’m doing the combo to reduce harm/ lower my dph usage.

I’m curious to how much i should take of dxm, I have robitussin (15mg). I’ve read the guild to the perfect dxm dph combo but i wanna double check to be safe. I’m 5’4 and 135-138lbs so i’m not sure how much to take. I planned on doing the 300mg/300mg dosage. Basically i take 300mg of each and go from there. I do have a trip sitter but i wanna be extra safe with the dosage.
