Tapentadol dosing help

Just got my hands on some tapentadol, i want to have good time, never used any opioids before except morphine & Tramadol. I want to have that "opioid rush". What's the best way to consume them and how? I've 100mg pills. I understand thebrisks and harm reduction practices. I've very limited stock. I checked erowid and psychonautwiki but thought you guys will be more helpful. Please help if you can. Thank you. Pardon english isn't my first language.🙏
