Ok this is weird as the doctors so far couldn't tell me what happens to me.. if anyon can explain this I would be super grateful...

Symptom: "echo" effect of high dopamin/whatever happy rush that makes your belly go warm and fuzzy, but also spirals up in intensity almost uncontrollably, raising blood pressure until panic, seemingly uncontrollably (hard to cool down); resulted in panic attack in ER, thought I would die..

Now (next day) still dopamin rushs, less intense, but really intense (pulse like 95 ) esp. when alone and not among others

How: 0.2ml GHB half a bottle white whine (don't ask, stupid self experiment) and another 0.1ml some Gin tonic and hour later, .5l Diesel another hour later; just had a good night, no loss of control or anything, felt good

So basically the question is: why is my brain giving me drug effects without a drug, and is this something that I should really be worried about? Person in psychatry told me this will go away in a week (but he didn't seem very knowledgable, because he couldn't give the symptom a name and generally was very hand-wavy)

Extra facts:

• took overdose of MDMA (first time, 180mg) 6 days before, had kind of "dopaminmemory" of that as well
  
• also taking 90mg Etoricoxib since 5 days before, took it 4 hours before symptoms started
