Over indulged with speed advice needed

I’ve been a bit over enthusiastic with the amphetamine sulphate this weekend but I’ve now been awake too long and really need to sleep but still feeling too wired. I have haloperidol (5mg and 1.5mg tablets) my prescribed dose is 6.5mg but I’m happy to take a little more what would be the right dose to calm my poor overstimmed brain?
Edit: also just found some of my old olanzapine 20mg tablets if they would be better
