So I’m prescribed alprazolam. I never abuse it, maybe developed a slight dependence on it when it comes to a few specific situations. But I take them whenever. Either every day or one every few days or once a week. It’s just when I need to. I took a 1mg of alprazolam about 2 hours ago and now I want to crack open a beer or 2 but I know it’s dangerous in general to do so. But since it’s been a couple hours, does the danger “taper off” in a way? And can you drink caffeine to sort of combat possible CNS depression?
I’ve never fallen into CNS depression as far as I know. I’m just curious from what y’all’s experiences have been and what insights and advice you have.
Yes it tapers off but wait another hour or two to be on the safe side.
And can you drink caffeine to sort of combat possible CNS depression?
It's unethical for me to say yes but strictly speaking yes it does to a point.
How we looking?
