To start. I don’t strive to live a drug ran live my entire life , typically nobody does. I’ve tried narcotics anonymous, however, I didn’t stick to it very long. I didn’t make an attempt to work 12 steps. I just used it as a reminder to stay sober & it’s somewhat comforting to know that some people have it much worse than you (I don’t take pleasure in knowing that peoples situations are objectively worse than mine, I feel for them, but it’s good to know that I’m not alone nor is my lowest moment as low as many).
I don’t like religious undertone. I don’t like people who attend N.A. claiming to be sober for X amount of days Only way to spin a bulb in the car before going home I also have a bone to pick with repetition being as ADHD as I am.
If you’ve ever attended any drug related anonymous group, and decided that it simply wasn’t your method for sobriety/attempting sobriety, why was that ?
