Taking DXM+ 2.5mg lexapro (escitalopram)

Hi! Currently i am tapering off 10mg lexapro since 5months and i am at 2.5mg right now. i have to hold this dosage for a while because the last part of the taper will be the hardest probably and right now where i work i cannot make this final step. My question : i know its a big no to mix dxm and ssri's due to SS. But at this dosage couldnt i do only one trip? I really need a good dxm trip to clear up things but i am afraid from SS. Thx for the answers
