I am not in a great headspace after doing to much MDMA this weekend (its only been two days) and cant get myself to think and percieve things how i did prior to this weekend. Its like the weekend is in a loop in my mind and i just want to stop stressing about constantly having upsetting thought about being able to think normal again and sleep normal. I tried doing some research and a lot of the people really abused MDMA like every week and stuff i just really overdid it two days in a row and its been much worse than all the other times I did it. Does anyone have any advice on thinking normal again and how long till I stop having these repetitive thoughts about not going back to normal.
