What potentiators work when boofing? I know it's just a funny meme for most people, but I use ODSMT, and rectal bioavailability seems to be much stronger than oral and sublingual.

I'm pretty sure some potentiators only work when the drug is taken orally. For example, I've heard white grapefruit juice only works for oral ROA because WGF affects how the liver processes it, and drugs don't have to be processed by the liver for other ROAs. Is this true?

I'd assume dxm would still work, as well as other CNS depressants like muscle relaxers, because those don't affect how the drug is processed in the body.
