Tramadol seizure or nodding?
Post Body

Hi guys, I’m kinda new to opiates and have been experimenting with tramadol lately, just once I have had 400mg in a sole dose, I felt terrible and threw up so I haven’t done that again.

Since then, I’ve found out 300mg is enough to make me feel high as a kite, and I found out (as I’m new to opiates) what nodding off means. Lol at first when I was nodding I thought I was fainting or something.

The thing is, yesterday I took the same amount, but I haven’t had much sleep the night before, and I was feeling good but like 7 hours later (I take the ER version) I went to bed and tried to watch some TV but I found myself falling asleep. It was different from nodding out cause I was really asleep, not like conscious like when you nod. I had periods when I was awake and kinda shaky, my dreams got very weird and vivid (but still I could identify them as dreams).

The thing is that when I noticed I had fallen asleep like for 4-5 hours and when I woke up I was pretty much sober by then. And now I’m kinda afraid/ curious, did I had a seizure or something? How could i know? I know tramadol lowers the threshold and I know people don’t notice when it happens, and I was alone so I have no way to tell, but like I wasn’t feeling like confused or with muscle pain or anything when I woke up, or is it that I kinda faint or is this shit kinda normal with opiates?

Srry for the long text

Edit: I’ve been investigating and because of its SNRI agent tramadol induces very vivid dreams, also as a side note for those it may help, not having enough sleep the day before taking tramadol lowers your seizure threshold a lot, be safe
