Kay has me stretched out (MEGA Pause), bending and elongating in bed, eyes closed. It sounds weird asf but euphoric to be lying in bed listening to tunes.

Opioids cause nausea, the itch is so bad, and the euphoria is hard to enjoy with the two main side effects along with random, I'll kill your dog levels of opioid rage. The only time opioids became pleasant was when I became dependent enough to tolerate the nausea and push past it to the nod level of the effects.

What's your opinion? Don't say both; you have to pick one. But yes, both together are amazing, so long as the opioid dose is low enough to not make me want to vomit out my pancreases.
