IDK if anyone cares but maybe someone else has something to add. Now and then I run into people who're direct sources and it's always fascinating what breadth exists in that field.

Arthur

Arthur is pretty much every nerd stereotype you can possibly think of. Lanky, heavily into black metal vinyls, Frazetta paintings, trains & anime, thinks his ponytail makes him look cool... except Arthur also knows how to make BOMB-ass drugs. It's unclear where he learned it (he's senior operator at a fruit packing facility) but his grasp of organic chemistry is as expansive as it strange.
More to the point, perhaps, every last piece of gear is arranged in an utterly clean and logical fashion, giving his illegal dealings a thoroughly unearned air of legitimacy.

Arthur is reportedly in his 40s, but despite his disheveled appearance manages to look like a man in his late 20s at most.

We met him after work in a thoroughly run-down, dilapidated building under occupation by Technoheads, the first we saw of him being dropping into the incredibly musty couch besides us with a far too enthusiastic OOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhh what a night boissss and offering us a vape with some of his home brew mystery juice. Being already quite intoxicated we hit it without question, and a new wonderous friendship was born.
(Don't do this).

Arthur primarily makes cathinones and psychedelics. His oddities mean he's often very difficult to reach but whenever he's high he turns into a completely different, far more relaxed person that on more than one occasion has said that getting high saved his life.

Noah

Noah is everything you think of when you think "normal, handsome, law-abiding". Of course, only the middle one applies. Noah has been diagnosed with a plethora of psychiatric disorders and knows almost as many laws as he's broken. While he despises the term "mad genius" it's hard not to draw a connection between his mental capacity and his mental issues at times.
His saving grace is the fact that he learned early that people don't think there's something wrong with you when you dress sharp enough, causing him to rock the Reviewbrah look everywhere as a personal brand.

Like Arthur he claims that he owes drugs his life, but unlike him he's a formally trained pharmacologist whom we gave up for dead when he disappeared for several years after graduation only to one day rematerialize with a 10gram rock of MDMA in tow which would later provide me my very first roll.

Arthur is by no means the sanest or most patient teacher, but he excels and paring complex principles down to absolutely most elementary assumptions and go from there. I've never once seen him make anyone feel dumb, instead simply insisting that they were going to understand his points eventually, and thus far he was rarely proven wrong.

Weirdly obsessed with Mescaline. You will, at some point, try his homemade mescaline.

Matheusz

A true crackhead. If he's ever seen a chemistry text book out of highschool stands to be determined. Tweaky, speedy, incredibly friendly but also incredibly paranoid this specimen's utter ignorance is only eclipsed by the sheer volume of material he cranks (pun intended) out. Of utterly indeterminate age due to his advanced state of addiction he nevertheless seems quite brilliant in his moments of lucidity. All his money from both his job and his other dealings goes into expensive RC cars he rides up and down his father's farm, much to the annoyance of everyone else. Obsessively, unfailingly punctual despite owning neither a cellphone nor a watch (you just have to make an appointment in person or he'll call you from someone else's phone). Very pleasant whenever you actually gain his trust.
Somehow the most "normal" of the tree. LOVES the Addams Family and Golden Girls.

Has had the same girlfriend for at least a decade. She considers his exploits too boring to talk about.
