I want to take pregabalin + vyvanse for techno session how should I do it

I took 25mg Elvanse (Vyvanse) at 4 pm, 50mg tramadol at 6pm (I'm not going to take more until I'm coming down from the Vyvanse due to seizure risk), another 25mg Elvanse at 8pm, 300mg pregabalin at 9pm and 10mg of cyclobenzaprine (for fibro). I don't know of I should take 50mg Vyvanse and 300mg pregabalin at once por to take first 25 and 150 and then another 25 and 150 2h after the first dose, to take 50mg Vyvanse and 150mg pregabalin and then another 150 or taking 25mg and 300mg of pregabalin and then 25mg Vyvanse? I would like to feel disinhibited, high and stimulated
