How the hell do I quit Nicotine?

Post Body

I'm an 18 year old guy. In my life I have experimented with, enjoyed, got hooked on, and quit a few drugs. The main two were weed (smoked consistently for 3 and a half years, 3 months smoke free) and DXM (robotripped 2-3 times a week for a year and a half, clean for 6 months.)

The logical next step for me to better myself and prepare to be healthy and focused when I go to college is to quit Nicotine. I have been hooked on vapes and nic pouches (Zyns) for probably 5 years.

I absolutely cannot quit. I have thrown everything away and given up, going right back to my trusty no-ID gas station countless times. This is even harder now, because my older brother is in town over the summer and is always hitting his nic or smoking cigs around me constantly.

I really really need tips, if you guys have any. When I go half a day without nic, I feel sick to my stomach and I'm super high strung, getting aggravated at the slightest inconvenience. When I manage to go 1-2 days without it, I feel the shittiest way I could imagine, I'm just constantly grouchy and the cravings are insane, even invading my DREAMS it's just awful.

How can I make this easier? I really want to go into college being drug-free, so that I can focus on school and social life without the drawbacks of addiction.
