DPH in small doses to help Benzo Taper?

Been messing with Bromazolam for almost 3 months daily... started just taking 1-2 mg before bed but, now the last 3 or 4 days I have been dosing in the afternoon even when waking up. So, I want to start a taper and get off the benzos 100 percent . The other night I took 0.5mg Bromazolam ( small dose) with 100mg DPH and it knocked me out quick . I am NOT trying to abuse DPH and see spiders or whatever these people do lol, just needing help sleeping. Rapid Benzo taper with aide from DPH small sleep aid dose. Is this a terrible idea? Will I become DPH dependant to be able to even sleep? any advice would be great!
