I heard this is common when u take too much, but yesterday I only took 1/4(swallowed) of a fake m30 n went to sleep fine then woke up fine and without eating took 1/4 again (snorted) and when that wore off I now have stomach pain and nausea. I saw a post that said this happens wen u take to much but no way 1/2 a pill over 13 hours is too much right? Is it because I snorted it? Is this regular after any use? Or cos of fent?
Edit: I think my problem is that I took a whole quarter when a regular amount for someone who doesn’t use this is usually less than a quarter. Also I snorted it so I had no come up.
